This appointment is to give your notice of marriage only and cannot be used to book a civil marriage ceremony. To book a ceremony you will need to contact the relevant Register Office and may also be required to pay a booking fee.
Please call 01454 863140 if you are getting married at a venue within South Gloucestershire or for further advice.
You MUST have chosen a venue for your wedding and if at all possible have booked the date and time of the ceremony with the relevant Register Office (or religious building). It is not possible to take notices without a stated venue. The venue is not transferable, a change of venue requires fresh notices.
If either party to the marriage is subject to immigration control you will need to call the Register Office to book your notice appointment.
