This appointment is to give your notice of civil partnership only and cannot be used to book a ceremony. To book a ceremony you will need to contact the relevant Register Office and may also be required to pay a booking fee. Please note: Civil partnerships are not the same as a civil marriage.
Please call 01454 863140 if you are forming a civil partnership at a venue within South Gloucestershire or for further advice.
You MUST have chosen a venue for your civil partnership formation and if at all possible have booked the date and time of the formation with the relevant Register Office. It is not possible to take notices without a stated venue. The venue is not transferable, a change of venue requires fresh notices.
If either party to the civil partnership is subject to immigration control you will need to call the Register Office to book your notice appointment.
